30 individual salon studios, perfect for hair stylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, barbers, nail techs and a range of other professionals in the cosmetology industry.

Two studio sizes available for single or double stations-110 to 170 sq feet. New design. New construction  – suites are move-in ready and are equipped with – everything you need to open your own salon with no time delay. Month to month leases. 24/7 secure accessibility.

About our location

Our suites are centrally located at the Living Your Purpose Center, 26 S Broad Street in historic downtown Woodbury, Gloucester County. Woodbury is making a comeback with a movement to grow arts, shops and eateries. It is home to and blocks from the county courthouse and Inspira Medical Center. Easy access from Rt 295.

Sharadora-Leslie Sisco

Ms. Leslie-Sisco is the founder and Executive Director of LYP Visionary “Living Your Purpose™” A WBE/WOSB Certified Company. She’s the Co-Founder of LESSHA Salon Concept., Ms. Leslie-Sisco specializes in business, professionalism, and youth development. She has experience assisting thousands of students and preparing them with the tools to face a constantly evolving workplace. She works closely with career counselors/coaches, job search advisors, and employment/placement specialists to find the best next steps catered to the individual. Positive outcomes are reinforced by LYP’s partnerships with educational institutions, occupational training programs, and professional associations. Sharadora Leslie-Sisco has built a career based on her complex understanding of business and the workforce.

Leslie Leath

Ms. Leath’s is the Co-Founder of LESSHA Salon Concepts, her experience extends over 30 years in providing professional services to companies such as Nike, PacSun, Capital Group, and Nikken. She has extensive knowledge of finance and operations, including compliance, business process, audit, and financial reporting. Her understanding of organizational change, policy writing, development, management, and sustainability planning methodologies has helped her to lead teams across organizations to successful implementation of technologies, training, and development. Leslie’s wide-ranging experience and natural leadership will enable her to guide, mentor, and develop programs for LYP Visionary “Living Your Purpose” resulting in positive outcomes for participants. Ms. Leath holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the California State University, Long Beach.
